英语词汇和短语搭配

不论到了中学的哪个年级,词汇和短语永远都是所有英语能力最基础的部分,没有一定词汇量的积累,听音、阅读、写作等一切英语能力都只能成为泡影。因此,那些英语成绩高的学生,我们至少能断定他在词汇、短语方面的英语基础一定很牢固、很扎实。

在英语教材后面的单词总结中,罗列了每一个单元应掌握的重点词汇,大家一定要把那些重点词汇掌握熟练,达到听说读写译的水平。

单词总结中的每一个英语单词,都要会读,因为在背的时候,可抓住“汉译”和“读音”两大特征并根据这些特征来背则更快一些,记得也更牢,避免逐个字母拼着背单词的那种方式效率太低。

听力训练

在考试中做好听力题,不仅需要考场上的临场发挥,还需要学生在平时形成一个很好的英语语感。

有的学校为了让学生训练良好的英语听力,每间隔一些日子都会让学生在早自习的时间通过“学校广播台”播放听力材料来让学生集中训练一些听力模拟试题,或在英语课上让大家进行听音方面的集中训练。大家一定要抓住每一次训练的机会,通过每一次的“实战训练”来逐渐培养自己的语感和答题技巧,并在做完后认真核对答案,找出自己的不足。

一些走读的高中生,也可在早餐过程中通过听一些英语语段,来逐渐培养自己良好的英语语感。

语法部分

高中英语语法部分的出题,在期末考试中多出现在单选、改错题型中,少量出现在完形填空中,能够很灵活地考大家对各类语法要点掌握的熟练程度。

大多数的高中英语教材,都会在书后(或附录部分)进行语法知识的相关总结(如下图所示)。因此,一些觉得自己语法还掌握得不好的学生,也可通过书后(或附录)中的语法总结来给自己进行语法方面的查漏补缺,有时候在一些例句中也能够让自己茅塞顿开,从而更好、更深刻地掌握语法知识要点。

阅读理解和完形填空应该如何复习

高中英语的阅读理解,不仅在篇幅上比初中英语更大一些,在深度上也更深。

对这部分题,有的学生则认为,只需要在文中找到跟题面“最像”的那一个来不就行了吗?这种说法并不完全正确,也不完全不对。

要知道,在文章中找到相关的“重要信息句子”的确是做英语阅读理解的一个好方法,但也要看清楚,题中问的到底是“是”还是“不是”,是“符合”还是“不符合”,因为有的题也在考各位考生是否细心。

另外,也并非所有的题都是通过“找关键信息句子”的方法来答题。有的题比如说“which can be the best title of the passage(选出最适合本文标题的选项)”,则需要考生去概括全文内容再进行选择。这时,则需要考生费一番功夫去阅读并做出总结概括。所以,要想做好英语阅读理解,需要在平时形成一个良好的英语语感。

完形填空这部分,有的需要大家根据语法知识来进行选择填空,有的需要大家根据上下文内容推测来进行选择填空。总之,这部分题可理解成“一边进行阅读一边补全文章”。

对那些需要根据语法知识进行选择填空的部分,学生一定要严格把握好时态、人称、单复数等重要关键因素;而那些需要大家根据上下文来进行“边推测边填空”的题,则建议学生可一边做题一边回看前文中的内容,有时说不定还能够对自己“选错了”的选项进行修改,直到上下语句语法、语义通顺之后,即可认为选择了正确的选项。

完形填空、阅读理解这一类专项性很强的题,则非常需要大家在一个良好的英语语感之下完成。常言道:“三日不练手生,三日不读口生。”因此建议大家在期末考试前每两日左右做一篇完形填空和两篇阅读理解来进行专项训练,专门对英语语感加强练习,这样才能够把自己良好的语感保持到考试中去。
